ANNA NORDSETH

Anna Nordseth is interested in better understanding how anthropogenic disturbances alter ecosystem services in tropical forests. She is particularly interested in the effects of hunting, and how the corresponding loss of frugivores affects processes such as seed dispersal.

Before joining the Poulsen Lab, Anna earned a BS in biology from James Madison University. She spent a year post-graduation working on Wilderness Character Monitoring with the US Forest Service, interning with the Tropical Responses to Altered Climate Experiment (TRACE) in Puerto Rico, and conducting herp surveys in Panama.
